Terms and Conditions

Bridgen Training Services Terms and   Conditions:

All Trainees are subject to Bridgen Training Services Code of Conduct, Terms and Conditions. Copies of Bridgen Training Services full terms and conditions can be obtained by calling the Training coordinator on 012 7781 1300 or by email at training@bridgentraining.com, courses are delivered subject to these terms and conditions.

To Cancel or re-schedule the booked course, please give 3 clear working day’s notice or full fees will be charged. For example a course booked for Friday you must call the previous Monday.

If the Customer cancels a Delegate place on a Training Event, the following charges will be payable by the Customer to Bridgen Training Services:

20 working days before Event start date 100% of Event Fees

These charges do not apply if a substitute delegate is planned within 24 hours of course commencement by mutual agreement with Bridgen Training Services.

Delegate places are only secured and Joining Instructions dispatched following receipt of instruction for payment (cheque/purchase order etc).

Trainees failing to attend the Training Course on the relevant day(s) full Event fees charged

All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and any similar taxes. All such taxes are payable by the Customer and will be supplied in accordance with UK legislation in force at the tax point date.

Trainees unable to produce appropriate relevant documentation will not be admitted to the Training Course and full Event fees charged

We reserve the right to change the date/s of a secured course place providing the revised course date is within 30 working days of the original

Payment Terms in full No Later than the 14^th Day(s) following the date of invoice.

Credit terms may be offered and/or withdrawn at the discretion of Bridgen Training Services Limited.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law.
